Many, many thanks! Ironically, the "correct" Zoo Med lamp that I already had previously used with a heat bulb (and I was buying another one when I ordered the wrong one with dimmer) has proven to not work out for my parrots. So, an even bigger thank you is in order from me to you because if I had just replaced the dimmable clamp lamp with their regular clamp lamp, I would have yet another one I could not use. Luckily, ZooMed makes a standing avian lamp that I can use with the reptile bulbs I ordered from you. Thank you again for the refund and for the excellent customer service; I appreciate it. I want to let you know that you, and others at your organization, have provided great service, and products. I researched, with the help of your sales staff, the best set-up for my son’s gecko. I was ready to buy when my wife called and said she had purchased everything at a local pet store. Regardless of what the pet store sold us, the temperature and lighting was never just right. Therefore, after numerous attempts to make the set up work, I convinced my wife to let me take it all back, and order the set-up from your store. Well, the tank, lights, and heating from your store are perfect. The gecko has a perfect habitat. Plus, your custom acrylic “enclosure” is great. You can access everything from the front without having to move hot lights. That’ a plus with young kids.

Greetings! My husband and I just placed our first order with you for live feeders and supplies. The only place to buy our reptile supplies in the city we live in is a pet store at the mall that a) has very few supplies and b) is one of those horrible places that has puppies in small cages and dozens of lizards crowded together...I'm sure you know the type. We really didn't want to spend our money there, and we stumbled upon your site online. After receiving our order, we were amazed at the size of the containers for our supplies, given such low prices. What a great bargain!! The worms we ordered were in good condition and the amount for the price was again amazing. We are so pleased, and we will be getting all of our reptile needs with you. We have 2 ball pythons, a water turtle, a leopard gecko, 2 dogs, and 3 cats....so you can imagine we use alot of supplies. I have nothing but praise for Big Apple. I must have asked over 40 questions to them. Each time I get a well thought-out, expert advice. I even have a local pet store like 2 blocks from my house, and a PetSmart about 5 blocks away, but yet I keep coming back to Big Apple. Usually their prices are better or at least comparable to the pet stores. And shipping...they get it right out to you! Plus, just look at all of the products they have. There isn't probably hardly any product that is out there for Herps that Big Apple doesn't carry. Go with Big Apple, take it from me, I must have ordered over 5-10 things from them.
