The Zoo Med Natural Forest Tile Backgrounds makes your cage look naturally beautiful. They are perfect for high-humidity environments as they are highly resistant to mold or mildew. They can be secured to the back or your terrarium with standard aquarium silicon or use commercial grade velcro. Both the silicon and velcro are available at hardware stores.
We feel pictures do not do them justice... these are high end, superior quality, highly durable tiles that are easy to install in any cage and can make a huge difference in the way your terrarium looks. In just a few minutes, you can take your reptile's enclosure from drab to fab with these Forest Tiles.
The panels are available in precut sizes of 12" x 18" or 18" x 24" but can be cut to any size. Simply use several panels to fill the background of your larger terrarium...
For Example:
Qnty 2: 18" x 24" panels work great in our 48"L x 17"H Acrylic Cages - just cut an inch off the panel height.
Qnty 2: 18" x 24" panels work great in our 36"L x 25"H Acrylic Cages - just turn them sideways and start about 1 inch off the floor (substrate covers the 1 inch on the floor area)
Qnty 2: 12" x 18" panels work great in our 36"L x 13"H Acrylic Cages - just turn them sideways and start about 1 inch off the floor (substrate covers the 1 inch on the floor area)
Qnty 3: 12" x 18" panels work great in our 48"L x 13"H Acrylic Cages - just turn them sideways and start about 1 inch off the floor (Cut 6 inches off one panel length)
With these panels there are endless cut and paste possibilities to make dramatic backgrounds in your enclosure
