The Fluval U Series is a fantastic filtration system for nearly any kind of aquatic environment. Whether it's an aquarium, terrarium, or turtle tank, the U series filters water through a multi-stage filtration method. The Fluval U family of filters offers a great range of options, from the smaller U1, meant for 15 gallon tanks or less, to the U4, which can handle up to 65 gallons through its impressive three-stage cleaning.
Choosing a Filter:
U1 Filter - For Tanks 15 Gallons or Less, the U1 Filter includes a foam pad insert for mechanic filtration.
U2 Filter - For Tanks 12-30 Gallons, the U2 offers three stage filtation with a foam pad, poly/carbon cartridge, and Biomax biological filtration.
U3 Filter - For Tanks 24-40 Gallons, the U3 offers three stage filtation with a foam pad, poly/carbon cartridge, and Biomax biological filtration.
U4 Filter - For Tanks 34-65 Gallons, the U4 offers three stage filtation with a foam pad, poly/carbon cartridge, and Biomax biological filtration.
